  • All orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours after payment and confirmation


  • All Order cancellations must be done before product is shipped. Once shipped, all cancellations will be treated based on our return policy

  • Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped

Return Policy

  • It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return , it must be within 7 days of receiving your package
    Email info@hairbymspanache.com within 7 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange or refund

  • All products returned must be exactly in THE SAME CONDITION received and in the original packaging
